Before shipment, we do the final inspection in our product inspection center. Inspectors check the product appearance, material chemical composition, dimension, geometric and position tolerance, metallographic and mechanical properties according to the requirements, to make sure every products delivered to customers is perfect. (We do the final inspection for all the products which from our own factory and cooperative factory.) 

At present, the quality department is equipped with three-coordinate measuring machine, imager, spectral analyzer, metallographic microscope, hardness meter, magnetic particle detector, mechanical tensile testing machine and other equipment, which can fully meet customers’needs.
